Metal Gear Solid 4 : Guns of the Patriots

The fourth instalment of metal Gear Solid is easily one of the most anticipated titles to come to the Playstation 3 to date, it combines Hollywood quality Cinematic Cutscenes with flawless gaming to provide you with a mind blowing Entertainment Experience!

You once again take control of the battle hardened 'solid snake' in a bleak future ran by Private Military companies who manage wars like businesses.  Snake has been ordered to assassinate his old adversary, Liquid Ocelot but to get to him you must make your way through Battlefields from the Middle East to Alaska using Stealth or going in all guns blazing it's up to you.  You are joined along the way by familiar faces from the series such as Otacon, Naomi, Mei Ling and the deadly Raiden!

There are around an amazing 60 different weapons to familiarise yourself with that are all toned to perfection and other humouerous items such as Cardboard boxes to hide in and Playboy magazines that Snake reads and actually seem to replenish him!

The game is viewed in the third person with an over the shoulder view which can be switched from left to right in order to negotiate your way around corners and other obstacles.

Metal Gear Solid 4 really shows off what the Playstation 3 is capable of with extremely detailed and visually breathtaking Graphics as well as flawlessly delivered voice acting and one of the best stories ever told in a video game all combining to give you an experience which will completely immerse you from beginning to end.  So if you enjoy Story driven games and want to see just how far your lovely Playstation 3 can be pushed then Metal Gear Solid 4 is definitely the one for you!
